I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist holding a VTCT Level 3 in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. I am trained in Facial Massage and Reflexology to help with TMJ and jaw tension.

I am very passionate about all things health and wellbeing. I want to help you feel the happiest and healthiest version of yourself.

Following reflexology to enhance my own fertility and lower back pains during pregnancy, I realised the many benefits of reflexology on my emotional and physical health and decided to train as a Reflexologist in 2010. 

I am a member of the FHT (Foundation of Holistic Therapies.)

I have over 10 years experience as a reflexologist; previously working at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, The Beechwood Cancer Centre and various salons and podiatrists across South Manchester.

I have furthered my training in reflexology by carrying out additional courses for: Supporting Fertility and Pregnancy, Thai Foot Massage, Vertical Reflexology and Adapting Reflexology and Indian Head Massage in Cancer Care.
